Data we process

Enquiries and reservations

When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, room preference and message to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible reservation. Required fields are marked.

Technical data

When you visit, the hosting provider and web server may process technical log data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system for security, stability and error analysis.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Enquiries are sent to the Lodge by email and are accessible only to staff who need to handle them. Technical providers may process data where necessary. Embedded CDN services and Google Maps after your consent may transfer data abroad. We retain enquiries as long as needed to handle them, a possible reservation and statutory record-keeping duties.
